Housekeeping is a department which keep clean and tidy of all area in the hotel include inside or outside area.. section- section in the housekeeping are Room attendant, public area, laundry.

Lost and found

If I found something or guest thing in the room or in the area hotel. The first i must tell to Housekeeping servive which handling Lost and found and i will take the item in the lost and found section.

Bagian bagian dari Bed

1.       Head board

2.       Bed box (yang bed bag bawah)

3.       Matrass

4.       Wheels (roda)

5.       Bed leg (kaki bed)

6.       Bed protector (bed pad pelindung matrass)

Makking bed (with tripple sheet)

1.       First set the bed pad on the bed an lock

2.       Second, spred the first sheet until all over the bed cover by sheet

3.       Turn the second sheet upside down after that spread the sheet until the headboard

4.       Sheet the blanket until the head board

5.       Spread the third sheet until the head board and than fold the second sheet, blanket, and third sheet around 20-30 cm

6.       Lock the sheet

7.       Set the bed cover and pillow with the pillow case

8.       And bed ready to use

CLEANNING BATH ROOM AREA

1.       Put dirty glass into the deep wash basin

2.       Spray toilet cleaner to toilet bowl

3.        Washing glass with sunlight chemical and dry it with  glass cloth

4.       Cleaning mirror on wash basin with  glass cleaner

5.       Cleaning wash basin with MPC then scrub with spons, dry with camois and cloth

6.       Cleaning bathup with  MPC (TAF), wall, edge bathup with spons, camois ,and cloth

7.       After we spray toilet celaner then we flushing the toilet and than brushing the toilet. Cleaning toilet cover,toilet sit and toilet body with spons and MPC and then dry it with chamois
